Project consists of the complete conversion of a 17,800 sf building into wet food production, dry storage, office, lockers, mill room, and truck docks.  Project also consists of new construction of a 31,000 sf food production facility consisting of two ice cream process rooms, 38° cooler, -20° freezer, quality check lab, supply and utility rooms, large food production floor, cooking rooms, and support facilities for 65 employees.  Project also includes renovation work inside a 110,350 sf building to create two new coolers, a food production space, and three mechanical rooms.  The new construction is a structural steel building with block wainscot, and insulated metal panels.

Damascus Bakery, Newark, NJ

New construction of a 10,300 sf -10° blast freezer, a 40° airlock, a 3,000 sf dry storage building, and a 4,030 sf cooled dock with 5 dock doors.  The new building is steel construction with insulated metal panels and a clear height of 38’ and was designed to function on an existing foundation. The dock was built underneath an existing two story office building.

Deep Foods, Edison, NJ

Conversion of a 144,000 sf building into -10° freezer storage, 38° cooler storage, shipping dock, receiving dock, break rooms, and dry storage.  Building consists of tilt up concrete construction with structural steel joist and has a clear height of 38’.

Denver Wholesale Foods, Ephrata, PA

Project consists of new construction of a 16,000 sf -10° freezer, a 7,500 sf 40° cooler, and a 3,800 sf dry storage area. Work also included roof demolition and raising the roof slope of an existing building to change an existing gable roof to a single slope roof.  Building is all steel construction with insulated metal panel construction built to approximately 34’ clear height.

Deep Foods, Kissimmee, FL

Project consists of demolition and renovation to an existing freezer to build a more functional freezer entry vestibule in order to prevent floor condensation and fogging in the -10° freezer environment.  Work was performed in an existing freezer environment.

Burlington Beef, NJ

Project consists of 8,000 sf +/- new construction of -10° freezer, 34° cooler, boning and packing room, loading dock, support facilities for approximately 7 employees.  This facility was built to enhance the customer’s meat processing work and is fully USDA compliant with 100% wash down spaces, and an overhead trolley track to facilitate the processes.
